Molds
We create our own molds for the castings. Each of our molds are made of high grade silicone rubber with fiber glass backing for a long-lasting mold. We minimize the amounts of parting lines or seams to ensure the best quality product. The pattern for the mold can be made with almost any type of material. For delicate pieces we are able to make multiple part molds (ex. arms, legs, body, etc.) which allows every part to be made and then assembled to a complete piece.
